After having taken the discipleship lessons for more than a month now, these candidates took the lesson on Baptism and they understood what it meant to be buried with Christ in baptism and they willingly demonstrated the need to publicly confess that they are now children of God. It was a wonderful Sunday morning at the site of baptism where so many inhabitants came to wash their clothes and others to fetch water for drinking and cooking. After a short evangelistic word, one young man openly indicated his need to receive Jesus as his Lord and Savior. View photos of the what took place on that day via this link.

BCC launches LifesGroups
Growth is part of the natural life of a child and a healthy growth of a child is a great joy to its parents. As part of the church plant project, BCC is committed not only in preaching to the many who attend church services on Sundays but also, taking the Gospel from the four walls of the church building to where the people are, that is, in their homes and quarters.
It is for this reason that BCC took upon herself to launch home fellowships known as “Life Groups” last Monday Sept. 8 and Tuesday Sept. 9 at Simon and Joe’s residence situated along Paramount Hotel street in Molyko and at Ps Genesis residence behind the Chief’s house in Bonduma, Buea respectively.
2 more were launched the following week, at Mr. Lyonga’s in Upper Bonduma Village and at Ma Kale’s in Sandpit on Monday Sept. 15 and Friday Sept.19 respectively. BCC looks forward to planting the fifth today Saturday Oct. 11, at Br Alfred’s house in Clerks’ quarters. It is our prayer to see the church grow as a family through these LifeGroups.
